By accessing, registering with, or using the fg776 platform and its associated services (collectively, "the Platform"), you ("the User" or "the Member") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the fg776 Privacy Policy and any other supplementary policies or rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the fg776 Platform. fg776 reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out herein or who is found to be in breach of these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "fg776" or "the Company" refers to the operator of the fg776 Platform, its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, and authorized agents.
• "Platform" means the fg776 website at fg776.cam and all related services, games, tools, and content accessible through it.
• "Member" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the fg776 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration and verification.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Member's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Member's Account by fg776 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which online gaming is illegal or where fg776 is not licensed or authorized to operate.

To register and maintain an account on fg776, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the minimum age requirement for online gaming activities in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and automated entities are not permitted to hold a Member account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party or using any account other than your own.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an fg776 employee in a role directly related to Platform operations, game development, or promotional activities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or player protection measure that restricts your participation in online gaming activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

fg776 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification document (passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID), proof of address, or source of funds documentation.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on fg776. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and update this information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate at all times. fg776 accepts no liability arising from the provision of false or misleading registration information.

4.2 KYC Verification

Full access to all Platform features — including withdrawals and participation in certain high-value promotions — requires successful completion of fg776's KYC verification process. You will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the last three months); and
• Proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and number) where applicable.

fg776 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawal requests.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your email address, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. You agree to notify fg776 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. fg776 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fg776 currently supports the following payment methods for Philippine Peso (₱) transactions: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. fg776 reserves the right to add or remove payment method options without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on fg776 is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly and are fee-free from fg776's side; however, your e-wallet provider's own terms and fee schedules may apply independently. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. fg776 does not accept third-party deposits.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder as part of the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. fg776 processes withdrawal requests as expeditiously as possible; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the fg776 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). fg776 does not currently support multi-currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions.

fg776 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to its Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. fg776 reserves the right to determine Member eligibility for any specific promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each offer is stated in the specific promotion's terms.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus offer — including the use of multiple accounts, use of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk exposure, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are credited and tracked separately in your fg776 Wallet. Withdrawal of real-money funds before completing a Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

All games available on the fg776 Platform — including RNG-based slot games, table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm acceptance of the applicable rules.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or unintended game behaviors for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform staff;
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any financial conduct that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
• Using the Platform to fund, facilitate, or obscure criminal activity of any kind;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method intended to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Reverse-engineering, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform's code, design, or content without express written permission from fg776;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fg776 staff or other Members through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

All content on the fg776 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive property of fg776 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of fg776.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fg776 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Game outcomes, including losses incurred in any game or betting activity;
• Temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond fg776's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Errors in displayed odds, balances, or game results subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms;
• Any third-party services, payment providers, or software integrated with the Platform.

fg776 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with the fg776 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fg776 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, KYC verification service providers, and payment processors where required by law or necessary for the operation of your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the fg776 Platform, or any service provided by fg776 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

This informal resolution requirement does not limit your right to seek urgent legal relief where necessary.
